ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Over the next several months, Heritage Works will be preparing a National Register Nomination for the entire Brewery site. Heritage Works has partnered with New Leaf Redevelopment Consulting out of Cedar Rapids, IA, to assist the property the owner prepare Federal and State Historic Tax Credit Applications for the Brewery Complex. This will assist in funding the redevelopment of the complex into mix use commercial and residential spaces.
